Patricia Alleborn Weaver

Patricia regularly advises K-12 and community college districts regarding labor and employment matters, student discipline, student records and special education.  Patricia represents a wide range of public-sector employers in labor and employment litigation matters, including harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. In addition, Patricia is an experienced investigator who conducts investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and other employment-related claims.

Prior to joining Currier & Hudson, Patricia worked as an associate attorney for a civil litigation firm in Orange County and Los Angeles.   In this role, she defended public entities, corporations, and business owners in sexual harassment claims, breach of contract cases, personal injury claims, wrongful termination claims, and bad faith actions. Patricia has also worked as an Administrative Hearing Officer in the City of San Diego, where she presided over administrative hearings concerning appeals of San Diego Municipal Code and California Vehicle Code violations.

Patricia graduated from University of San Diego School of Law in 2012. During law school Patricia served as an intern for the University of San Diego School of Law Education and Disability Clinic and participated in a post-bar graduate clerkship with the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office where she obtained extensive courtroom experience and trial advocacy skills. Patricia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, with a major in Philosophy, concentrating her coursework on ethics.
